Newly minted Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan, AKA Obama Insider, can't show up for the work before the Supreme Court because of her status as past Solicitor General under President Obama. Me thinks that if you plan a bit ahead Mr. President you could avoid these type of management missteps. In the mean time exactly how is she earning her tax payer funded paycheck?
